  On Monday November 20th I got a call from my landlord informing that she sold the house I was currently renting to a guy name Rick and he would be reaching out to me. She didn't have any information on how he was going to go about me and my family still living there.  Mr Rick called me Tuesday November 21st introducing himself, very pleasantly informing me he bought the house and wanted to gut it out witch mean I would have to move in a short period of time.( not very happy about it) Mr Rick talked with me and made sure I understood what was going on, and I greatly appreciated that. He gave me a few options and one of them were "cash for keys" he pay me for my keys. With Christmas around the corner I agree on that, and he gave me time to found a place with no rush. Not only did Mr Rick reach out to me every other day to make sure me and my family was good he even gave me some realtors he knew to check out. I did move out in a timely manner and met with Mr Rick and his wife and they are the most warming and professional people. I wish they had property's for rent I would definitely be one of their tenants.

As for buying they definitely put a lot of time in on the house their selling not just flipping a house for a buck quality design and safety is always met!
